This will not be logistically possible, so forget about it. But are you sure there’s carpet?
The biggest problem is the room getting incredibly dusty (huge dustballs) because there’s no airflow or room to move things around to clean. If you are particular, an air purifier might be a good idea.

I know DD’s LAC does, because the hallway carpets often need to be replaced from scooter tracks, alcohol spills (both literally and from vomit), and general wear and tear, it’s one of those upkeep things that is cheaper to do every year
Nothing you said indicates your kid’s lac steam cleans tbe carpets.
