I have the least sex when I’m traveling. Not sure how you qualify vacation v travel. We are fairly adventurous and are fortunate to take extended trips. My DH and I have driven the entire Pan-Ameirican Highway, we drove from England above the Artiic Circle and bac south through the Baltic states, we took a cargo ship to some remote South Pacific islands, we drove around New Zealand for three months, we did The Track around Australia, and this summer we are driving through South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Mozambique for three months. We have much more sex at home then we are on the road and I think that is fine. We often both smell pretty bad on these trips due to lack of showers.

Kid free vacations become a love fest depending on where we are. Not only is it frequent but with no kids within ear shot my mind is clear and my body lets loose. Sadly, it’s hard to replicate that at home.

We have one kid - a young teen. We always get a one bedroom suite when when travel. Seems indulgent, but probably the same price as two hotel rooms, which is what my friends with two kids are all doing with their teens. So we have sex most days on vacation. But for the same reason we also have pretty regular sex at home.
