English education wasn't any better 30 years ago than it is today.

Activity buses are not pm buses.

Yes, activities have wrapped up for the year, so no more activity buses.

That should mean activity buses, not regular afternoon buses

MCPS staff need to learn how to write clearly. Sheesh.

My kid's high school sent out a message this afternoon with a "gentle reminder that after school buses have concluded for this school year." Is this referring to activity/late buses, or does MCPS only provide morning transportation for high schoolers for the last week of school? I can't imagine that's the case, but the message could be understood to say that there are only morning buses next week.
