I agreed. But I contend being friendly (how is it that we live in a world where this has to be said) and dressing nicely gets you better service. Pretty much anywhere.
If you’re naturally pretty it doesn’t matter. If you aren’t particularly attractive then yes, dressing nicely gets you better service.
A good “test” for if you’re pretty or not is are you treated differently when you dress up vs down.
Same for if you’re fat - if you want to be treated nicely, dress nicely. Lots of fat bias in the world unfortunately.
