OPs question is generic and vague. Of course there are private schools that accept kids out of cycle. Ask a vague question, get a vague response. Seems reasonable to me.

Sycamore is the same, with rolling admissions for grades 5-11 (they don't take rising seniors).

It depends why. Schools for students who aren't a good fit for totally mainstream schools are usually happy to accept kids out of cycle. Nora is the one I'm most familiar with, but there are others.

Yes but you’d have to take what spots are available and you will almost certainly be on the hook for tuition at your previous school.

It’s possible, sure. It will depend entirely on whether a school has a spot in a given grade (or if your kid and/or your story of why you’re switching is very compelling). Just start reaching out. Expect longer response times, though. Admin take vacation too.
