It's a Commonwealth of VA program so it seems to be only good for VA Commonwealth institutions.

Whether to grant credit is up to the university or college if it is not a VA Public college or university.

Just want to confirm that the 15 transferable college credits are good for VA colleges (public and some private) only? The VA Dept of Ed website is a little vague as it talks about the transfer portal. If my child is going to an out of state private college, she can't transfer any of the credits?
