As a divorced woman I would not get involved with a younger co-worker despite the attraction. I'm very athletic and I play in a couple of co-ed leagues that have plenty of single or divorced men. Like me they have very busy lives but FWB moments are very nice.

I have a seasonal second job. A young woman that just graduated college works with me. She's an attractive woman and I like how she talks to me. Meaning, she makes eye contact and I feel like... well, I tell myself that she's just being friendly.

Yes. Work crush. Gym crush. All great for motivation. But the rule is it should be nothing more. Donβt chat them up and learn too much about them or you may be disappointed. They are only to serve as motivation and eye candy! Enjoy!
