Subject: Overnight oats recipes you enjoy
1/2 cup oats
3/4 cup milk
Plus one of the following:
Spoonful of peanut butter, maple syrup, half a sliced banana
Vanilla bean paste and frozen blueberries
Chopped walnuts, raisins, cinnamon, maple syrup
I like to pop it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds in the morning, just so it's not refrigerator-cold.

I'll cop to eyeballing my overnight oats.
I do roughly 1/3 to 1/2 cup of old fashioned oats.
About a tbsp and a half of chia seeds.
About a 1/2 cup of kefir (I usually like a flavored one).
Some frozen fruit (I like the cherry blends) or some chopped up apple (my kid eats a lot of apple slices so I often just have half and apple lying around).
I sometimes add a little cinnamon.

Ice cream is excellent on hot oatmeal, too. Just a spoonful and it's so decadent.

Subject: Overnight oats recipes you enjoy
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant based)
2 tbs. plain yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoons chia seeds
1 tbs. maple syrup
pinch salt
pinch cinnamon
Combine ingredients (I use a mason jar with a leakproof cap). Stir well and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, you can add additional milk to loosen it up, plus berries, nuts, dried fruit, coconut, really anything you like.

I once forgot to buy milk and used melted vanilla ice cream in my overnight oats. Not even remotely healthy but holy crap was it delicious.

Barely a recipe, but I do:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup milk
chia seeds
unsweetened coconut
in the a.m. add:
frozen wild blueberries
fresh raspberries and/or strawberries
Sometimes nuts if I have them

I do:

1/2 unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup (or thereabouts) of unsweetened non-dairy yogurt
cinnamon
In the am I add: berries, nuts, and ground flax.

Makes two servings:
Cup of milk
Cup of oats
1/4 cup of almond butter
Mashed banana
1/2 ts cinnamon
Add blueberries on top before eating (I usually use frozen ones and give it a little time to let them thaw in the oatmeal and it’s delicious).
