You're recommending initiating a confrontation at your kid's graduation ceremony, even if you win you've already lost.

Big families will block off big blocks of seats. To get prime seats, get there 30 minutes before the doors open, anything more than an hour isn't necessary. EBA isn't that big, you can show up any time and get seated (as long as you can handle the stairs.)

The venue does not allow people to save multiple seats.

There's a ton of parking and they have attendants directing you. You have to go through a metal detector and I think this year they have a clear bag policy. Lots of seating so I don't know why you would get there super early. Everyone will be in the stands.

There are parking lots, I don't think it's garages.

Pro tip - enter campus from Braddock Rd near the big electronic sign across from sideburn rd, rather than where the long line of cars goes. Trun left into the lots near the South entrance. Much less traffic and waiting to park there

Parking was fine, but people are definitely lined up before doors opened. I was there at doors unlocking and sat pretty far up. There were empty seats on the lower level, but it gets so chaotic it's hard to realize that until later.

How bad is the parking? How far in advance did you get there in order to get decent seats?
