Trump has a grand nephew, the son of the son of his deceased (alcoholic) pilot brother Fred, who is cognitively impaired and fairly profoundly disabled physically as well.
At some point in the recent past, after hosting his nephew and other disability advocates in the White House, he remarked to his nephew that maybe it would just be better altogether to let such people die.
He also on another occasion suggested to his nephew that he should just let his disabled son die so the nephew could move to Florida and play a lot of golf.

I mean, people with early/middle stages of dementia can go to the toilet, but often it is after they have already soiled themself. They can bathe, but it’s often only half-done.
