I have that exact same pool, sea turtle mosaic and all, its fiberglass.

The site has a very steep slope down at the back. I think the pool is above ground with the deck built at house level around it.

There are multiple decks.
The pool is in-ground with ground level deck.

It's effectively an in-ground pool. That's a lot of house for the money. I don't know that neighhborhood well, but generally seems like good value.
