Happened to my spouse. One time it was so bad for a week straight, and they ended up needing iv fluids.

So these are clearly not for you. Talk to your doctor.

But I suspect you're a troll and this isn't true anyway..

Check out Mayim Bialy's experience.
Seems like some of these horrible side effects are kept a little too quiet:

The normalizing crapping your pants or wearing diapers just to get skinny is very sick to me.

I would recommend eating more protein.

This happened to my parent who needed it for diabetes. Worked great for over a year and then she started getting massive diarrhea like clockwork after the shot. Switched to other brands and it kept happening. She eventually had to go off the GLP-1 and manage diabetes with other meds.

Maybe you should ask your doctor instead of randos on the internet.

Oh wait, let me guess, you are using some random internet nurse that you have only communicated with to get the prescription. You've also received 0 guidance on nutrition and exercise.

Just stop, OP, get real help from a real doctor.

What are you eating? If you’re eating fatty, salty or sugary foods, you’re going to have diarrhea. I don’t have side effects if I eat clean.

The combined gas + Imodium has worked for me. I've found the side effects (all of them, including diarrhea) come and go over time, dosages, and what I eat.

Pepto bismol pills. Not the chewable kind.

I went on the pill form of wegovy and have no side effects. It is so much better, although I think weight loss is slower. Still on pretty low dose though.

Thanks, I was on Wegovy for about 1 year, but it started getting worse, so then I switched to Zepbound and I just could not deal with the side effects from the beginning.

It's a common side effect. How long were you on each drug for? Sometimes the side effects lessen as time goes on.

I got hit with terrible diarrhea when I first went on Wegovy. I have been on it two years now, and still get diarrhea occasionally, but at this point only about twice per month (and if I have a lot of sugar that is often the trigger). Have crapped my pants three times total now as well. It's unfortunate. The fatigue and constipation have actually been worse for me than the diarrhea. But it is all much easier than it was when I first went on it.

hi, I took Wegovy and lost weight, but started getting diarrhea.
I switched to Zepbound and got major diarrhea while on it.

Has anyone had these side effects/ can you suggest what to do, or another alternative?
