They could mix it up more. If they were moving the apartments from Bull Run along with others from Bull Run, that would be fine. But, to pick out the lowest income areas to move is quite troubling.
Same with the choices from Chantilly. If they keep Walney Oaks at Chantilly, they certainly should keep Chantilly Mews and the other low rent housing in that area.
This is egregious.
I do think Westfield will be fine. But, just leave it alone rather than send more high FARMS. It would be better to stay under 2000 than to fill it that way.
