They could mix it up more. If they were moving the apartments from Bull Run along with others from Bull Run, that would be fine. But, to pick out the lowest income areas to move is quite troubling.
Same with the choices from Chantilly. If they keep Walney Oaks at Chantilly, they certainly should keep Chantilly Mews and the other low rent housing in that area.

This is egregious.

I do think Westfield will be fine. But, just leave it alone rather than send more high FARMS. It would be better to stay under 2000 than to fill it that way.

No, because FCPS refuses to share those figures. You have to be familiar with the neighborhoods being moved in and out.

I suspect that they end up using Scenario 2 because splitting Crossfield makes no sense.

Agree, they seem to slowly be getting to something workable. There are still issues, but nothing as bad as the previously scenarios.

This looks like progress. At least some things are firmed up and narrowed down, which should make the rest of the process easier.

In both scenarios, McNair, Floris, Oak Hill and Coates ES's are going to Skyview. Small portions in Brookfield, Cub Run and Bull Run ES's are changed to Bull Run.

In scenario 1: half of franklin farm (Crossfield) is going to Skyview, in scenario 2, Crossfield stays at Oakton in full.
