It's a microdose of course it isn't going to make you keep losing weight for eternity. You are lucky to have gotten 15lbs.

Are you at a healthy weight? If so, make more of an effort to maintain your weight. I find that it is much easier for my efforts to pay off on the GLP1 but it doesn't do all of the work for you.

Increase the dose or you don't need it.

You probably don't need it.

If you don’t want to increase the dose, what has worked for me is going back to the weekly schedule.

They probably changed their compounding and it is less effective.

Which one are you taking? Of course you need to increase the dose.

Maybe you need to increase the dose?

I went on a microdose through Noom last August. It worked great at first, lost 15 pounds. I've been noting in the last month or two that it has been less effective, however, and have even gained a few a pounds back. I recall seeing an article somewhere recently (without actually reading) that this happens to some people. Anyone else go through this? Did changing your dose or the specific type of medication help?
