No one responded, so we went with the Omni because it was the newest (2023) and only $30 more per night

Westin Tempe, Omni, Hilton Garden Inn University Research Park or Fairfield by Marriott
Budget not a problem. We're going to visit friends, so not really going for the amenities. But we want clean, nice, quiet.
