I started spotting mid cycle around month four of usage, and the doctor told me to skip the placebo pills. That cured the spotting.

I've done both, depending on what's happening in my life: going on vacation, go right into the next pack, home with no plans, nothing going on at work, have a period. nbd either way, probably have around 3-4 periods a year

Do you take the placebo pills and have a monthly period or just skip them and go into the next pack? Thanks for your input.
