Do any teams near McLean/Falls Church/Arlington have an earlier practice option for a BB/A/one stroke AA swimmer? It seems like the earlier times on York/AAC/Machine are for the champs swimmers.

Depending on her age Senior Elite or HPO in the mornings would work. Those are solid cuts to have. In our experience, the kids are mixed in based on training pace regardless of group.

Sorry - just meant shorthand for champs meets being those swimmers’ goal/swimming being their primary sport.

That was how I was interpreting that Chesterbrook practice - that it was a hardcore 4x a week, not here are 4 days available, do your best to come 3x.

All the kids I know who swim with Machine seriously are in the morning practices, so I'm guessing those afternoons will be a more relaxed group. But I could be totally wrong! I would reach out directly to Coach Blair
