Huh? Her post was fairly easy to understand. As for OP, yes this would irritate me too. When you discuss this with him, what has he said about why he can't manage the dogs?

I work full-time in a Medicaid clinic and see over 100 patients per week. My my husband is retired this morning. He asked me why don’t I get up earlier to feed the dogs? I was very angry I feel like quitting my job, enjoying the retirement and see why it’s so hard to take care of a couple of dogs.
