I think it’s a pretty dress (cut and style), but like PP said maybe too formal (fabric). If you already have it, it’s great. Does your hair have more contrast to the dress color than the model’s?

I think earrings and a bracelet. That neckline doesn’t tolerate a necklace. Subtle purse.

That's a pretty dress, OP. I would keep accessories to an absolute minimum -- simple heeled sandals, wedding ring if you wear one, studs or tiny hoops, and maybe a thin watch or bracelet.

My kid’s graduation was outdoors at a football stadium, so your dress would have been too evening-ware for me. Sundresses were more the norm. Maybe you need to tell us about YOUR graduation.

I really don't think it needs much. If you can get heels and a bag in one of the shades of the dress, that would be great. Perhaps a light cardigan in a deeper green or a taupe trench in case it rains. I wouldn't do much in the way of jewelry.
