Orcas naturally live about 50-90 years. And you can't put a captivity Orca back in the wild. They are immensely social whales. You can't just drop a captivity Orca in the ocean and hope for the best.
No one is buying new Orcas these days. But those in captivity still have long lives. Doing a little song and dance routine for tourists is probably better than just withering away in a swimming pool while they are still alive.

Dolphins slam their heads against the tanks. They’re incredibly intelligent and don’t belong in these horrific shows. They belong in the ocean.

Dolphins don’t seem to mind performing but orcas seem to hate it and many have attacked their trainers.

Yes, Sea World still has orcas, and yes they still put on a show. They are not acquiring any new orcas.

Baltimore aquarium is fun for kids plus has some shows
The other science museum for kids down on the Baltimore harbor is great too. And federal hill parks, a boat ride, a meal, a ballgame.
