There is a cap size in the contract (25 for HS I think) but the language is vague and allows classes to be significantly bigger.

Class size isn’t the problem. It’s that honors level classes are a joke and you can only take 1 AP beginning in 10th grade. Smart and driven kids do well there, but smart kids who could benefit from inspired teachers may flounder. APs are very teach to the test.

What are average class sizes? Does it vary by Honors, academy, or regular classes?
