Therefore I disagree it will make you dumber, I actually think it makes you sharper because you've got to critique everything and it helps you externalize your invisible thought process of doing the work yourself.
OP here. Interesting. I have used ChatGPT and Gemini for certain tasks and I've noticed this exact situation: that they force me to pinpoint exactly what tasks I want, using which criteria and in what context. But I use the free versions on my laptop for occasional tasks and integrate external data manually. What AI Assistants did you find that you can trust with a more seamless access to your data, and are there any who are voice-activated and can sync across devices?
