Both schools are 40-50% people of color with lots of ethnic diversity (though less economic diversity than DCI).
DCI offers too uneven an experience by comparison.

Besides diversity, another difference is the size of the schools. Pyle and Whitman are huge like 1200 plus kids in middle school and in high school.
DCI IMO much better with just about 600 kids in each school.Not too small but also not too huge and kids are just another number. This also affects class sizes too.
