What does "on demand" mean? As a consumer I would assume it means I choose a time to have a private online class with you, but it sounds like you might mean something else since you refer to weekly classes. I think if you had the students on camera, with you demonstrating and commenting on their form, that might have value for that audience. Otherwise I don't see why I wouldn't just use YouTube. I see the purpose of an instructor as giving guidance, correcting form, and personal motivation, which is better suited to in person so it would be some work to recreate that in an online form.

If you were to do it, I would probably start with trying to get a class going online with your existing students first, perhaps those who don't always make it because they have busy schedules.

Why do you think people want an on-line class that isn't already out there? It sounds like you do well with in-person classes, which offer personalization and socialization.

I do online yoga free through the Nike app.

The price of both the intro package and the monthly sub seem high to me. For comparison Ellen Barrett is only $9.99 a month and she is pretty well established.

Corepower dominates YogaSculpt and is only 19/mo. Sorry.

Are hard classes oversaturated for the older woman?

The yoga market is very over saturated.

How is Peloton one-size-fits-all? They have so much variety.

There is no way one person can compete with that. Plus with yoga in particular there are a lot of people who offer their content for free on YouTube.

I immediately had the same thought.

I'm not quite sure how to market it to older adults without search terms being kind of insulting. Like, for the older adult, when in fact, my classes are pretty hard but it keeps me really fit and those who attend my classes love them. I live in a college town and attendees are 75% college age girls. But, if I market for that age they'd scoff at my age I think.

Would be exclusively yoga sculpt to support an active lifestyle. Mindfulness with strength.
Thinking of a five class package for $99 and then a monthly membership of weekly for $19 a month.
I have a studio in my basement, with lighting and audio. I’ve been teaching this class for ten years at a boutique studio.
Is this an over saturated market?
I’d post on YouTube, have socials on insta and FB. Platform for hosting as well.
I’m older and doubt the TikTok crowd would be interested.
I don’t want to do this full time but can spend time setting it up then weekly classes, with passive income
Other things should consider?
