I don't find therapy to be worth money. (Others, obviously, have had different experiences. I've tried several, and it never moves the needle.) If you have insurance that will cover it, sure, why not. But if you're paying out of pocket, you'll just feel poorer.
If you get the personal trainer, you might get fit, but you'll come home to a dirty house that you're too tired to clean. And for me-- again, YMMV-- a clean house is absolutely essential to my wellbeing.
I agree with this. I tried therapy and didn't find it helpful. For training you can try some classes and online videos.
FWIW I think training can be a limited thing, get some advice and routine and then apply it going forward.
For house cleaning, you do have to be realistic in expectations, unless you're paying through the nose they won't do say, dishes and laundry. I have house cleaners once a month and they primarily do surfaces but it helps a lot.
Basically: have reasonable expectations for any of those 3 things.
