Forgot to say. I don't want to leave DC, and I liked it best out of the three. The kitchen is gorgeous.

Georgetown house #1.

Bethesda house #1 because I like attached garages.

Bethesda house #2 would be my choice.

Btw one of the “Georgetown” links is in Columbia heights.

I looked at the two Bethesda house because that’s where I’d want to love. Does anyone really pick house before neighborhood around here?

They are both reasonably well located but the second is a bit more convenient. It’s new build without any interior pics so not sure how OP is judging quality.

The 1st Bethesda house assuming I had two or more children.

If it’s just me, the second Georgetown house (the one with the garage) I prefer the O street one but I’d never buy in Gtown without parking (personal preference)

As a soon-to-be empty nester who has no desire for suburban life, I would pick this charming jewel box of a home in Georgetown. It needs some decor pizzazz, but that's the fun part.

If I still had kids and needed the space, I'd choose this one in Bethesda. Classic design, good bones, nice floor plan, and a fairly blank slate to decorate.

Agree with both picks

If you’re here you’re a real estate lurker.😂

Lol. I did. I am procrastinating. I did not look at actual locations for any of them, just the pictures. The McLean ones are all hideous. So is the Alamo in Arlington. I like the Georgetown ones, especially 1 (minus that marble bathroom) and 3, but they would not work for my family of 4 plus a dog. Bethesda 1 is boring. Bethesda 2 we only see the outside. I am going to go with none of the above. Or Georgetown 3 when the kids leave home.

LOL . . . I did. I love real estate hypotheticals.

Ha, I did too. Probably one of the Bethesda ones because I like the style of those two best, and they are both a good size. I'm not really interested in a big lot.

The first McLean one is nice but if you look at street view it's directly behind another house and uses a shared driveway, so I'd definitely pass.
