Americans working at NATO in Den Haag get an educational benefit. Citizens of NL that they work with get no educational benefit.
Same for Americans at NATO in Brussels, where Belgians get noneducational benefit.
The concept is to let children of employees who are from outside the host county attend appropriate schools so the children easily can re-integrate when they return to their home/native country.
