A few months ago one poster shared their experience with a virtual colonoscopy— it sounded absolutely horrific.

Colonoscopies aren’t bad at all, especially if you use Sutab prep.

I mixed mine with Sprite and it wasn't bad. My mom said she had to drink a lot more 10+ yrs ago for her procedure.

There has got to be a better way to check than this it's 2026. They need to come up with something better.

I did 1/2 gatorade and 1/2 spring water. It really helped making it drinkable.

The Gatorade was the worst part. I don’t drink anything that sweet ever. Water would have been better.

I was surprised not that much came out- but my Dr said my prep was excellent. Guess I’m not full of sh@t after all. Lol

Save some powder to mix in alternate liquids. Water. Ginger ale. Coconut water.

Skip the gatorade and mix it with coconut water instead. Lower calories and it tastes better.

Started an hour ago, have drunk the first 32 ounces. When will I feel the effects? So far i just feel like I drank too much Gatorade
