This shocked me. I would have guessed Summer. June-July in particular. My second guess would have been September when the kids are seeing each other again after Summer break. Couples rekindling.

The month surprised me more than the rates dropping to be honest. Are that many more teenagers supervised in the Summer months than they are on Spring Break?
