After seeing a million ads for it through Hims online, I finally took the plunge. All I had to do was fill out their questionnaire and within a few hours a nurse practitioner reviewed it and prescribed me the pill. It's now been shipped and I should get it sometime next week.

You can get prescriptions all over the place online. You cannot get the pill without a prescription.

The thing is these medicines are expensive and do have some negative side effects. Moreover, it has become pretty clear that once you start, you need to take them for life. So do you really want to do that to lose a few pounds of vanity weight? Try IF or keto and you can probably lose that weight in a few weeks.

Listen to your doctor. Don't take medicine you don't need. These pills are made for people who are obese. You are clearly not obese. You need to start lifting weights.

You always are going to need a prescription. But you can probably get one through a telehealth service.
