Threading! I feel like this is the gentlest option for women on powerful retinoids.

Shaving (“dermaplaning”) and waxing are a no go for retinoid skin

When threading got too expensive and inconvenient due to increasing frequency as I aged, I bought a high grade epilator and taught myself how to use it

(And to pp, both of these if done properly yank the hair out of the follicle. they don’t break it off at the skin surface)

I just accept them. Mine are blonde so I just accept them as a part of life.

Lasers if dark, electorlysis if not.

I have the vellus hairs on my fave and they drive me nuts. I don’t love shaving them and can’t use the chemical removers due to sensitivity. Are there other options?
