Right now the PreK kids are in a swing space for a few years while a new space is acquired and renovated. The proposed permanent space is on 16th Street at Park Road, which is in bounds.

I'm a Bancroft parent and admittedly, I haven't followed every twist and turn, but it was my understanding that the city was acquiring the building on 16th Street to be used as the ECE Annex.

It seems odd that the new PK facility won’t be in the Bancroft boundary, while the kid’s in the boundary where the new PK facility is located won’t have a right to attend. Sounds like something will change.
