I think they are fine. It took a few visits to get the right color match. I've seen a different person each time and you don't know who you're going to get. for 4 week touchups they are fine.

I like Madison Reed. I go every 6 weeks to do my roots. No issues.

I go to a nice hair salon for color every 6 weeks. I’m now so grey that I really should go every 4 weeks but it is so pricey.

I’m thinking of joining the Madison Reed program, and extending my time between salon visits to 8 weeks and going to Madison Reed at the 4 week mark to touch up my roots.

My questions are, if you do this or have done this, did Madison Reed do a good job of color matching? And do you find any issues with your overall color by virtue of doing the roots at Madison Reed?
