That is ridiculous! I just paid $175 for 3 months of 0.075 dose from Costco without insurance. With insurance it would be $10/month

So check out Costco and see if the price is better than with your insurance (it likely will be)

It's potentially due to tariffs.

Try Costco. I've been relieved that they have them.

This is truly terrible. I pay out of pocket.

I use a small neighborhood pharmacy. The pharmacist told me that they were paying $23 per box of 8 patches and now they're being charged $120 per box due to the shortage.

GoodRx. And sometimes CVS has given me special discounts only the pharmacist can access.

If you use GoodRx, just know that the cost doesn't go toward your deductible.

It may just be your deductible reset for the year. But it also always pays to ensure they have run it thru your insurance.

Ask the pharmacist if the manufacturer has a coupon. I bought 4 months which cost $100 with the coupon. I think it was something outrageous without the discount but cannot remember exact amount. You can also look up the manufacturer online to see if you can find a coupon or discount card, but also check with the pharmacist.
