Since you mention tru2form, they have some really good girls training there (playing on good HS teams). If you can go there I would recommend the small group training they have as I have watched the girls trains many times and they are talented. It will help being around that type of training and talent

I'm looking for recommendations for skills training for a 14 year old within DC. She has played on school teams but no league play and would benefit from individualized (or at least small group) attention to build skills. We are not on any kind of college ball track, just looking to make the most of high school experience. I would probably go with Tru2Form for some individual coaching and small group sessions but ideally something in DC would be better for our overall family schedule - we are NW east of Rock Creek but she gets around town pretty well. Any recommendations about good experiences are welcomed!
