SMU, TCU, and Tulane are perfectly acceptable schools for rich kids that aren't the academic superstars. Also, pretty much every small liberal arts college below the top 30 or so. Plus some SEC schools like Alabama. Tons of wealthy private school kids there.

NYU ED sometimes works in this case if DC is a boy.

Towson is a fine school. A damn fine school.
