This is very individual - to you. Hand creams have scents and everyone likes something different - or no scent. Lip balm, same thing (brand, scent). Why not just a gift card. Easier and more neutral for someone to get what they actually want.

Very easy to regift. Their kids can use it. They can get groceries at Target. Very versatile and almost everyone either uses these places to shop or knows someone close to them who does or can gift them to someone (another teacher, a mailman, etc.).
