I think I had these exact ones in high school in 1979. Yes, I am old and would probably not wear them today.

Thanks! I don't care for the rivets on these particular sandals, but I agree something like that would be great!

Whatever you wear, IMO it has to have a back strap so that your sandal doesn't flap when you walk and catch the hem of your pants.
