This is always the progressives' excuse---just throw more and more of other people's money at dysfunctional families without ever considering whether or not that is the best use of funds. No matter what services are provided, unless the juvenile is removed from the environment which has permitted and encouraged the anti-social behavior, the juvenile will be continuing to spend the majority of their time within that environment. If you want to truly modify increasingly off-the rails behavior, you have to radically change the kid's environment. That's what families with means do when their kids are screwing up.

That's horribly dangerous. Why aren't these kids arrested and put in juvie?

No, I don't think their parents should be arrested. This isn't like buying your mentally perturbed teen a gun and then he shoots up a school.

Keep this in mind when voting for mayor. Janeese LG will not be interested in holding anyone accountable for crimes like this.
