Lightweight layer, usually a lightweight shirt worn open. I have several in linen, but you can also do a cotton like this:

For shoes I either do a simple sneaker (go to are Reebok Club Cs), a flat sandal (Birkenstock Mayari), or a plain slide in brown or black.
I wear the same standard jewelry most days -- wedding/engagement rings, gold studs or huggie hoops, a modern bronze bangle I've had forever.
I also almost always wear a heat for sun protection, either classic straw fedora or a baseball cap.
