You also do not know if the previous sellers are the ones who disclosed the details. I don't actually think this is worth any thought on your part b/c it's not going to help you get the house you lost and will just flag you as nutty and vengeful. Next time you have a contract, if any of the known parties are involved, they will be sure to tell the sellers you are spiteful and difficult. This will only hurt you getting a house.

I would ask the new agent how they know all the details. If it is allowed in your state (1 party rule) I would record the conversation.

I would also contact a real estate lawyer and ask. You might find a forum for real estate law where you'll get a response.
