Use Minoxidil, cheaper and effective.

Maybe? Not enough to justify taking 4 pills per day and a lot of $$$

I don't like taking random supplements, but I use the shampoo and conditioner and I like it .

My dermatologist said Nutrafol is unproven and most of her patients who have used have not reported success. She did recommend men’s rogaine (incl generic) for me (a woman), the foam (not bc the foam works better but that it is easier to apply consistently and thoroughly).

My dermatologist prescribed oral minoxidil and nutrafol. Nutrafol is a lot of big pills so I’ve been putting it off.

This is OP and my stylist said that she has seen Nutrafol work for multiple clients, which is why I posted here.

Guess it can’t hurt. Thanks all!

Biotin (in the high levels supplements have) make a lot of people break out.

Yes, it worked very well for me. I quit for financial reasons. I used the women’s balance formula my last few years of peri menopause and my hair was about as thick as it was during my first pregnancy.

The best way to do that is keep the scalp clean and free from build up. Use tea tree oil shampoo.

You can try taking saw palmetto which is one of the ingredients of Nutrafol. It is a DHT blocker. Better yet, go to your dermatologist and get a script for oral minoxidil and dutasteride/spironolactone if you have AGA
