PVS probably lacks the money to hire a real web developer, which is unfortunate. They should have realized that the site they designed is not mobile friendly and since the majority of users access the site on their phone it is very short sighted.
They would do better to spend the extra money and hire a professional.
The site not unit violates design principles, it may not be ADA Compliant either.
