DP but come on. Not sure where PP applied but ten years ago DC's minimum wage was $12. For a candidate with a master's degree, you'd expect them to at least go a few bucks above minimum wage.

I applied because I didn't know they paid so little. Once I understood that, I said no thanks and found a better paying 2nd job.
