Keep living and doing things you enjoy. That’s when it happens, naturally. Just like when women try so many different methods to have a child, then one day when they least expect…boom…they are expecting. Your person could possibly already be in your orbit. Live and let live, that person will appear. I wouldn’t force it.

It sounds like you have a lot of chaos in your life OP. Please do not expose your kids to that. You do agree that their well being is your first priority, right?

14+ years my senior is a little much but I am open to it. The last man I dated was 43 and he was always tired, not up to do simple outdoor stuff that I like (I have a small boat and other gear I would like to use with someone)

I am 31F with two elementary aged kids. I am 95 percent sure I'm done having kids. I am bi and open to dating men or women. Lower middle class salary, and have a co parent who has the kids about 40 percent of the time so I can date.

I've been mostly single the past 6 years, dated 1 woman who is my age, a man 12 years older, and a man who was 8 years older, plus briefly dated a few other men my age. None were that serious. I like dating men who have kids, but most men my age who are my type (leftist, etc) don't have any kids, so that's why I've dated older guys.

I want someone who is educated (I have a bachelor's degree and would prefer that or more) and maybe makes a little more than me for added security. Is that out of my league? I have a nice body, decent but simple style, pretty and nice personality. Attracted to all races, and ok with someone who isn't tall or is a little overweight.
