To answer your question, the way to check is to contact the camp office and ask if they have a counselor training handbook you could review.

Oh no, I am still so so traumatized from that one time, oh wait, one thousand times that I saw other teenage dudes' wieners in the locker room in high school. I had thought I was the only person with a special dingle (as my dear mother called it).

My counselor kid would die if he was naked in front of his young charges. All counselors that we know are like this. He takes his duties very seriously and wants all the kids to be safe and happy.

Do you perhaps think that all older males are trying to groom your son?

Do you understand that before you know it, your son might be a counselor himself? Do you think HE would wander about naked in front of other boys?

Your mentality is very warped. Maybe seek therapy for your fears.

That has never been something my kids have experienced in any of the camps they've been to. They all have private showers.
