Chaos and uncontrolled. Scary. I had daydreams about moving back one day, maybe near Locust Point. Now I hear Kevin Plank pulling out of that area and it will have a commercial impact.
Tell me about Baltimore if you live there. And where. I have euphoric recall and memories of a place that’s no longer there or safe.

Look OP what do you want from us? Your 1 brief experience - if accurate - is so far from what those of us who live in the city know. We stay here bc we like it. We do not routinely- ever? - witness brawls, step over 4-5 bodies, etc. your description sounds fantastical.
