Thank you. I’m only hesitant to put Jacqueline on the birth certificate because it seems like even easy and common names are frequently misspelled. I often see Michael be misspelled as “Micheal” (for example).

You’d be surprised. Even the most recognized spellings of names aren’t safe from being butchered. People don’t spell Isaac and Chloe correctly half of the time. Imagine how butchered Jacqueline would be.
