Am I the only person who showers, blow dries and does makeup in the mornings 5-6 days a week? I have done this for 25+ years.

Shower daily (sometimes skip a day in non-sweaty weather), but only wash (and diffuse dry) my hair 2x/week (I'm curly).

If I leave the house I wear a little bit of makeup - concealer, mascara, maybe a bit of blush. Sometimes some setting powder to even things out. I'm 50 and look more my age if I'm wearing nothing or if I'm wearing too much. "Always a little, never a lot" is my makeup mantra, especially as I get older.

Once a week? Do you bathe or otherwise clean your body...?

Not really. I shower Thursday mornings for my in office day, then volunteer outside Saturdays. I do all my socializing Thursday- Saturday.

I’m fascinated by this, though I know people only bathed once a week (if that) in the past. Do you not sweat? Do you have a special hair combing routine or do you have short hair? I’m thinking you must wash face and neck, hands, feet, and genital area every day?

Nope. I wash my hands every time I come in from outside, use the toilet or am about to cook. My hair is past my shoulder blades, or just at the bottom of them.

I'm usually very chill and think that people who shower twice a day (or more) are insane and super wasteful. But you're at the other end of the scale and can't see how you don't stink to high heaven, only showering once a week.

I shower twice a day (am and pm) and always put on makeup (eyebrows and mascara at least). I wash my hair after runs so two or three times a week and always blow dry when I do.

I shower usually twice a day (live in a major city and would be bad not to before bed).

I blow dry every time I wash my hair, it's very thick and won't dry unless I do that.

I wear makeup if I am going out of the house or getting on a video call which is pretty much every day.

Daily evening shower. I cannot go to bed without washing off the day.

No blow-dry. My hair is too fragile.

Make-up a couple times a week. I prefer the dewy look, so it's just a complexion enhancement.

Depends. At a minimum I shower every other day, but daily if I’m active. I rarely blow dry my hair anymore-maybe 2x per month. It looks decent when it air dries. I will dry it when I have an important meeting at work or dinner, etc.

I wear makeup a few times per week—mostly when I go into the office or have to be on camera. I’ll also wear makeup on weekends if I have an event or something (not when running errands). But I’ve really improved my skincare and streamlined my makeup routine over the years so I’m never wearing a ton of makeup. It’s mostly concealer, tinted eyebrow gel, light eye shadow and mascara.

How often do you shower, blow dry hair, and put on makeup? Daily? Every other day?
