Obviously I have seen all of those people over the years and currently. My question is if others have noticed the same. That the level of dieting to achieving weight loss is far below what is typically "advertised" e.g. well below just a small calorie deficit. Again, I'm not losing at a rapid clip. In fact, my physician thinks it's strange I'm not losing weight faster.
